Paul Yandoh has praised Kennedy Agyapong for showing maturity and calm leadership after the NPP presidential primaries, speaking on Ezra Adekyee hosted by Kofi Asante.

The Ashanti regional communication director for the New Patriotic Party Paul Yandoh has commended Kennedy Ohene Agyapong for what he described as a display of maturity and political maturity following the New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential primaries.

Speaking on Ezra Adekyee on Ezra TV/FM, Paul Yandoh praised the Assin Central MP for the calm and responsible posture he showed after the internal contest, despite the tensions and high emotions that often follow such competitive party elections.

According to him, Kennedy Agyapong’s behavior after the primaries reflected leadership, discipline, and commitment to the unity of the party.

Paul Yandoh made the remarks during a discussion hosted by Kofi Asante, where the panel assessed the aftermath of the NPP presidential primaries and the need for party members to rally together ahead of the next national election.

He stressed that in politics, the ability to accept outcomes, encourage supporters to remain peaceful, and support the party’s direction is a sign of true maturity.

The comments have since sparked discussions among party faithful, with many agreeing that the NPP’s strength heading into future elections will depend largely on unity and the conduct of key figures after internal contests.
