Normally, younger babies tend to get hungrier with ease when the breast milk seems not to be enough for them.
That is the reason new mothers should learn innovative ways to help their babies grow according to health standards.
There are many healthy combinations to choose from, depending on the weight and needs of the infant.
One of the affordable and healthier options is the avocado-yolk porridge, which can be made at home within convenience.
It can also help in managing time for stay-home wives who just turned lactating mothers and at the same time, prevent the child from getting fussy.
To try out this recipe, you should be able to purchase these ingredients :
INGREDIENTS
— Fresh avocado (medium size)
— 2-3 boiled egg yolks
— Milk (baby formular)
— Greek yoghurt
METHOD
1. Wash and cut the medium-sized avocado into two parts.
2. Peel the skin off the avocado parts neatly.
