Normally, green chillis are small-sized green peppers, different and spicier than habaneros, they tend to taste hotter when plucked fresh.

Although, any type of pepper can be used to achieve this kind of chilli sauce, yet, these green chillis have a special and distinct taste, plus extra health benefits.

— Salt
— Green habenero pepper
— Kpakpo shito (green chilli pepper)
— Garlic cloves
— Vegetable oil
— Seasoning cube
— Black pepper powder
— Rosemary seeds
— Water
— Ginger
— Spring onion leaves
— Curry powder
METHOD

1. Wash all the available vegetables such as the garlic cloves, ginger, onion, green chilli pepper and spring onion leaves.
2. Slice up the bigger and smaller vegetables and put them in a blender.
3. Add the rosemary seeds into the blender and begin the blending process.
4. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and cover it up.
5. Heat a medium pan with any amount of oil you wish for.
6. Next, pour the blended mixture into the hot oil and stir.
7. Add salt, curry powder, and black pepper powder to taste and stir up again.
8. Allow the mixture to simmer in the oil.
9. When cooked finally, you can dish out into an airy bowl or any storage container of your choice.
This type of green chilli sauce can be paired with any food, depending on your cravings, and it is best to store in the refrigerator after usage.
