Dancehall king Shatta Wale has officially put to rest speculations about lingering tension between himself and rapper Sarkodie, confirming that they are back on good terms after years of a public fallout.

The two music maestros were once known to be close friends, often supporting each other both on and off stage. However, their relationship took a hit years ago, leading to a series of diss tracks and subtle jabs in interviews and on social media.

In recent months, fans have noticed a change in tone, with both artistes engaging more positively online. Their once-frosty relationship appears to be warming up again, from likes and reposts to direct interactions.

Some critics, however, have questioned the authenticity of the renewed friendship, calling it fake love and suggesting it’s all for public attention.

But Shatta Wale, in a social media post, has shut down those claims, clarifying that he and Sarkodie have genuine love for each other.

Shatta also urged fans of both camps to let matters rest and focus on championing positivity in the music industry.

Their reconciliation marks a positive turn in what had been one of Ghana music’s most talked-about rivalries. Fans have expressed hope that the two will collaborate again and continue to promote peace in the industry.
