Cook-a-thon Brouhaha — GWR Calls Out Chef Smith For Forging Win Certificate

There seems to be fire on the mountain as the management team of the Guinness World Record express disappointment in Chef Smith’s big win.

Extensive reports are circulating that the big chef forged his winning certificate and posted it, whereas he had already been disqualified.

This may have led to the abrupt arrest of Chef Ebenezer Smith by the police officers, after his press conference at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel.

Although the reason for charges and arrest have not been confirmed yet, it is obvious that all is not well with the results of the cook-a-thon attempts, which should call for drastic investigation as to what is really happening.

According to the Chef Smith’s manager on Hitz Fm,  a group of distinguished people, with ‘Ɛha yɛ dɛ o’ hitmaker, Nana Boroo as their leader made certain claims that they were supporters before the cooking marathon began.

Benny, this manager of Chef Smith’s marathon team, confessed that an outdoor reception was held at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel, to pave way for discussions and interactions.

But Nana Boroo and his group insisted on holding the conversation with Chef Smith alone in their private car.

However Benny told the latter that things were not done that way, reason a public forum was held for anyone to air grievances or congratulatory messages.

This brought about a banter, leading to commotion and disagreement between the two groups, which is believed to have drawn the attention of the police.

“We had a back and forth, and they said they wanted to have a word with Chef Smith in private, which sounded weird to us. I told them that was not the agreement we had and denied them access to Chef Smith” — Benny, Chef Smith’s manager.

Moreover, Chef Smith is being held custody at the La Police station, awaiting a further verdict.
